Psychogenealogy and Transgenerational Psychodrama “We are Ancestors in Training “(Anne Ancelin Schutzenberger).

Following the legacy of my main Teacher and of J.L Moreno, we will demonstrate how to become aware of transgenerational trauma and on how to transform it.

In this 4 hours workshop, the participants will have the opportunity to understand some of the main concepts in Psychogenealogy and to experience the genosociogram and some psychodrama exercises where they will be becoming aware of the strengths/resilience and some of the dysfunctional patterns that they receive from their previous generations.

In this practice they will also experience some closure for transgenerational trauma and realize how they still have an impact in our life, nowadays and in the future.
